We currently have an opening for a full time SECOND SHIFT (4:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.) CNC Tool and Die Maker at our Swan Drive location in Smyrna, Tennessee.  We offer an exciting and challenging work environment, a competitive rate of pay, benefits package, and a culture that rewards performance.

The CNC Tool and Die Maker will manufacture and repair parts with and without blueprints in a timely manner.  The appropriate candidate will have the ability to setup, program, and operate CNC equipment.

Requirements:

• Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent
• Verifiable education from a trade school or apprenticeship program in machine shop
• Minimum 5 years experience in machine shop or die making
• Skills in metallurgy, fabricating parts and ability to create a print from a broken part
• CNC programming skills
• Blueprint reading skills
• CAD computer skills
• Milling, grinding, lathe work and fabrication skills
• Welding skills (Mig, Tig, Arc and Gas)
• Good Math skills  
• Candidates who live in or near Rutherford County, TN are preferred
