Collections Associate Arrow Electronics, Inc.

Englewood, Colorado





At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Collections Associate in our Englewood, CO location.





You will maintain the integrity of assigned Accounts Receivable portfolios by collecting to terms, working with internal and external customers to resolve disputes, and making credit decisions based on individual approval levels to facilitate orders while managing risk.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Collecting to terms

- Negotiating payment plans

- Order release review

- A/R dispute resolution

- Daily interactions with sales team to facilitate billing or customer related issues






BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associates or Bachelor's level degree in Accounting or Finance

- 1-3 years of experience in credit and commercial collection in the distribution industry

- Comprehensive understanding of billing and shipping, warehouse, corporate, and sales functions

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

- Experience using Oracle (11i)





PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


- Experience using Oracle 11i or higher


- Commercial collection experience
