COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION QC MANAGER
Requirements:
Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors, OSHA 30
Five years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager on similar construction contracts and at least two years’ experience as a QC Manager
Responsibilities:
Location:
· Greater Washington DC area - ANNAPOLIS, MD
-Area of work would be the mid-Atlantic region at large with a strong concentration in federal government assets.
Construction Estimator
Qualified candidates should have strong commercial building knowledge and excellent verbal and management skills in order to prepare cost estimates for biding purposes.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications and addendums to ensure codes and regulations are met and prepare quantity take-offs, cost, materials, and labor estimates
· Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
· Solicit subcontractors for pricing information
· Evaluate subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy
· Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services and calculate actual quantities and costs versus bid amounts
· Maintain and prepare bid documentation
· Assist Project Manager or Senior Estimator with final proposal on bid day
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3-5 years of estimating experience with commercial construction
· Skilled in plan reading and interpretation
· Proficient in reviewing contract documents and specifications
· Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Scheduling software, web based plan room skills, and On Screen Takeoff
· Ability to multi-task
· Adhere to strict aggressive deadlines

Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager’s role is to assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day to day operations, as well as any other responsibilities that the Project Manager sees fit.
Requirements:
· Maintains adherence to REILLY’s standards of safety
· Prioritizes paperwork and submittal process
· Maintains material delivery status
· Archives contact records
· Sets up the initial paperwork flow
· Maintains and distributes meeting minutes
· Manages all project files
· Assists the superintendent in quality control
· Works with the superintendent in the formulation of the project plan
· Maintains communication with subcontractors
· 2 - 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor required
· Project lead experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite
· Experience with estimating required
· Experience with new construction projects required
