Job Purpose:

Responsible for the administration of complex Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Workout Loans with the objective of preserving the outstanding principal through procedures tailored to minimize losses and maximize recoveries. 

Responsibilities:

·         You will be required to work loans from beginning to end including management and disposition of Commercial REO. 

·         To promptly analyze/evaluate exposure and loan documentation for assigned accounts (loan loss reserve, financial viability, feasibility of projects, future prospects, collateral, legal documentation) and define/report deficiencies for each borrower.

·         To assist with devising, negotiating and implementing strategies and alternative courses of action to either rehabilitate viable credits or maximize recovery of principal, interests and costs.

·         Perform consistent, timely and high quality credit administration duties, including file maintenance, timely completion of memorandums, status reports, and insure that all managed assets comply with applicable legal, regulatory and policy requirements.

·         To work effectively with and assist other department members.

·         To provide consistent, high quality service ensuring timeliness and accuracy of response and rapid problem resolution.

·         Assess collateral valuations.

·         Promptly recommend changes to risk-ratings, loan loss recognition and accrual status.

·         SBA servicing experience a plus.

·         Over 5 years experience a plus.
