Basic Training Starts Monday December 14th. 

Clients are going unserved.  Conditions in the economy are creating significant pent-up demand for brokerage services.  Many of our competitors are in a state of disarray.  NOW IS THE TIME TO GET INTO COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE.

Marcus & Millichap is recognized in the real estate industry as the premier sales organization and the only firm specializing in real estate investment brokerage. Our corporate and regional support have enabled numerous individuals from the real estate industry and other fields to achieve higher income levels and the satisfaction of a meaningful career. Our proven formula of meeting client needs and repeat business has led to exceptional income levels for many of our top performers.  Realistic second-year income projections for this commission-only position are $100,000 to $200,000. Third-year associates may expect $250,000+. Once a solid foundation is in place there is no income limit.

We are looking for a select number of candidates to attend our boot camp, learn the basics of the business, become agents, and benefit from ongoing on-the-job training and mentorship to build a successful practice.  Our boot camp is intensive, but will let you spend the rest of 2009 developing the skills that you need to be able to build a successful business in 2010 and beyond. 

To be successful, you need the following qualities:

1)      Excellent interpersonal skills.  Although sales experience is helpful, it is not required.

2)      Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Internet-based research.

3)      Public-speaking and presentation ability.

4)      Strong work ethic.

Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree or better.  A Real Estate license is not required to interview or train.
