We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7 to 10+ years experience to oversee the estimating, construction and administration of construction repairs to Fire & water damaged residential and commercial structures. Individual must have previous experience working as a Project Manager overseeing the administration and execution of assigned projects. Must be able to manage projects ranging from residential structures, facilities, to large commercial tenant improvements.  Experienced with RFP’s, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor / contract negotiations, client and personnel management. Must have experience working as an Estimator performing bid tabulations and pricing takeoffs, etc. Requires a BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline. Must have strong writtenand verbal communication abilities, as well as, abilities to use all MS software products (Excel, Word, MS Projects, Etc.) as well as Xactimate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Set up the Estimate and report progress and resources to Management.

· Create a file for each estimate and file estimate documentation

· Compile a list of relevant and capable trades for budgeting or tendering

· Prepare trade tender/contract documentation with homeowners, property owners and insurance adjusters.· Oversee the issuance of tender packages to the trades

· Contact trades regarding invitations, addendums, tender/contract closings and follow up

· Oversee and participate in the production of quantity take-offs for all areas of the estimate

· Attend tender/contract review or preconstruction design meetings as required

· Monitor drawing revisions and inform client of any cost implications

· Ensure estimates include safety and security requirements required by Servpro policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· 7 to 10 years construction estimating experience
