Growing San Antonio based, privately held manufacturer is recruiting for the newly created position of Controller.  This position offers great opportunity for growth and advancement.

Salary:  $100k-and up DOE plus and bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for supervision and oversight of accounting function, reporting, financial planning/analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial business process review, produces and analyzes key performance indicator reports.  Position reports to the CFO and will supervise two employees. 

Requirements:

Ø  BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

Ø  Minimum 8-10 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in food manufacturing or related industry

Ø  Certified Public Accountant

Ø  Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills,

Ø  Knowledge in computer systems analysis and high level management of Information Systems

Ø  Excel, Work, Powerpoint proficiency required, proficiency in Quantum desired

Ø  Excellent analytical and communication skills
