The company supports customers in Pennsylvania and many surrounding states with employee teams and outside sales representatives with strategically placed sales and service locations in Dewart, Pittston and North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

Headquartered in Dewart, this third generation, family owned enterprise is seeking a Chief Operating Officer/General Manager to lead the operational aspects of company and assist the executive team in pursuit of further successful growth. The company is current at $7.5 million in sales and maintains a workforce of 45 employees. 

Qualified candidates should possess the requisite experience, skills and abilities to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure its financial strength and operating efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and a minimum of five years of experience with demonstrated success developing and executing critical business objectives consistent with the needs of this company. The candidate will also need to demonstrate a history of success in generating significant impact through the strategic and tactical leadership. Experience or working knowledge of the operations of a sales and service organization is also required.
