COST ACCOUNTANT
Confidential, well known, stable organization seeks a Cost Accountant with a blend of accounting and finance experience. This organization offers excellent benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Responsibilities:
Overall inventory accounting and adjustments Assist in discrepancy resolution Assist in the implementation of various aspects of SAP Cost Accounting and variance analysis for all non-food operations, and purchased finished goods including maintenance of standards in SAP Assist in the set-up of outsourced warehousing of non-food merchandising items Roll standard cost on all new items and at time of revaluation Set-up standards in new Data Warehouse for business intelligence and improved margin analysis Produce various weekly and monthly reports Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
- 1-2+ years SAP Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office and ERP system skills
- More than 2 years Cost Accounting experience with other ERP systems is a plus
- Stability and upward mobility is a plus
Compensation / Benefits:
$75k-$90k DOE
