COTS Specialist with experience installing and configuring numerous COTS software and applications to perform:
- COTS Installation & Configuration Planning
- COTS Installation & Configuration Design
- COTS Installation & Configuration -
- COTS Installation & Configuration Testing
- COTS Cut Over

Consultants hired into GBS Public Sector will typically be located in an IBM office or at an IBM client site primarily in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In many cases, relocation to the Washington, DC area is required & is not reimbursable. However, we do have opportunities that require residence in other strategic locations in the USA . While most projects are in the DC metro area, Consultants must be able to travel to projects that are in the DC Metro area and to those projects located outside the local area. Some projects do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time that is generally < 1 year.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in COTS Implementation and Development
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 2 years experience in nstalling and configuring ClearCase, Citrix Doors and/or Rational Rose
- Security clearance of Clearable to DOD Secret
