CPIC Project Manager / Analyst
About the Job
Our client, a high-end Management Consulting and IT Solutions company, is looking for a CPIC Project Manager / Analyst to join their team. This is a key position which provides support to the Capital Planning team within a major federal agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of Capital Planning processes, procedures and other related documents as required by CIO
- Exhibit 300 Support
- Engage with investment teams to provide guidance on how to improve their Exhibit 300 and related artifacts
- Review and score Exhibit 300s
- IT Investment Dashboard Monthly Updates
- Engage with investment teams to provide guidance and support for their monthly updates
- Help establish strategy for monthly updates
- Work with business leads to help establish capital planning business requirements
- Contribute to setting strategy for Capital Planning program development especially as it relates to control and evaluate
- Provide support for weekly CPIC meetings with CIO, CPIC working group and CPIT governance board
QUALIFICATIONS
- Capital Planning Experience
- Program Development
- Program Support
- Portfolio Management Experience
- Familiarity with ProSight, P6, eCPIC software packages would be helpful
- Strong writing skills for process, policy and procedures
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong client engagement and management skills
- 4+ years relevant work experience
US citizenship required
