Our client is a well established real estate services firm. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join their team in DC.
Candidates must have three to seven years experience underwriting, structuring, restructuring and/or reviewing commercial real estate loans/transactions. Incumbent will work on a daily basis with Asset Managers on assigned real estate portfolios. Experience with retail, office, industrial, multifamily and/or hotel deals is required Experience with ARGUS is a plus.
