To join our team we have these qualifications:

• 
  3-5 years banking or retail background, or combination of relevant experience and education
• 
  High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 
  Sales experience, banking or financial services preferred
• 
  Fearless business development experience
• 
  Proven leadership quality with strong ability to manage and instruct a team.
• 
  Proven track record in meeting sales goals and deadlines
• 
  Familiarity with the respective community is preferred
