CSR/New Accounts Rep
Heritage Bank of Commerce is committed to serving the local community and developing strong customer relationships. We have an opening for a CSR/New Accounts Rep at our Walnut Creek location. We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist clients with opening and boarding new accounts as well as help with deposits, transfers, check cashing and financial transactions. The successful candidate must be able to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner; perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately; operate banking equipment; use personal computers and related software; and maintain financial records. In addition, you are to assist clients with account opening and maintenance; complete necessary computer input; have the ability to identify products or services and properly refer the clients; and be responsible for ensuring the proper documents and bank forms are accurately received. Requires one to three years of new accounts experience or an equivalent of experience and related training.
