Successful applicants should be experienced in the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service by recommending appropriate products and furnishing technical information


• Processing orders accurately for assigned accounts, including order entry


• Identifying opportunities for “up-selling” and recommend related products


• Resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively in accordance with company policies


• Following up proactively and educating customers with new product information, pricing, samples, etc.


• Exceeding customer expectations at all times


• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships

Requirements:

College degree, minimum 2 years

2-5 years experience in customer service or inside sales support

Superior customer service and sales orientation

Experience in a high call volume/order entry environment

Excellent communicator, written and verbal

Strong problem solving, organized, pro-active

Detail oriented and able to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment

Strong work ethic

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
