Customer Service Coordinator
Immediate opportunity in a prominent interpreting agency for an organized, results-driven professional to coordinate interpreting assignments and provide customer service.
We are in need of an individual in our Northwest Columbus office to handle a variety of tasks. Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, a multi line phone system and a strong work ethic.
The ideal person will be a team player, problem solver, and have strong skills in time-management and prioritizing tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi task. Project coordination and scheduling experience preferred. Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
