Personal Care Products Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent services are delivered to our clients.
Responsibilities include, handling all phone and email inquiries, provide problem resolution, offering guidance to customers and reps, which requires full knowledge of all products, and overseeing deliveries.
The ideal Customer Service Representative is someone who is extremely resourceful with excellent time management and organizational skills. Working knowledge of EDI order transfers. Must have excellent computer skills. Must have past experience in a B to B Customer Service Department.
