Calibration Technician
About the Job
High tech company in Manchester, NH is looking for a skilled Calibration Technician.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine calibrations on electrical, mechanical, temperature and vacuum related items. Will be asked to recommend changes to calibration procedures as technologies change and new equipment is added. Trouble shoot/repair equipment as needed.
Must have some knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical calibration techniques; vacuum devices; pressure devices; temperature devices; solid stat and vacuum tube devices.
Will be calibrating test equipment, troubleshooting and repairing test equipment. Ideal candidate will have at least a 2-year technical degree.
This is a contract position, with the potential to be temp-to-perm at some point.
