Our client, a Broward County based medical products is seeking a Specialist Level Calibration and Validation professional to provide leadership and direction in the field of metrology; chiefly concerning the calibration of test and measurement equipment used in process development and production applications. Specialist should have knowledge temperature and humidity devices, process controllers, Kaye Validator, etc.  This Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, direction and maintenance of validation programs for instruments, equipment, and other utilities and processes. Responsible for developing and recommending validation strategies and designing studies for the purpose of providing documented evidence that a system, equipment, method, or process has been validated.

REQUIREMENTS:

R     HS Diploma/GED

R     4+ years of calibration/validation experience

R     Requires a working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs) with similar knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards a plus!

R     Experience with Environmental Monitor System such as Amega System, Rees, etc.

R     Must possess Microsoft Office computer software applications literacy.

R     Hands on experience with validation of analytical instruments, autoclaves, refrigerators/ freezers.

R     Candidate should be able to lift, carry and pull objects up to 50 lbs.

R     Candidate should be able to interpret and understand drawing specifications, tolerances, procedures for inspection.
