Function: Provides quality information and exceptional member service contact and support by telephone. Advise and resolve telephone and e-mail inquiries regarding account information. Transfer calls to appropriate department/employee while processing transactions, member correspondence and requests via mail and telephone. Inform and cross-sell products. Handles all transactions with discretion and confidentiality.
Duties:
The above is a description of the ordinary duties of the position. Other duties both related and unrelated to the above may be assigned and therefore required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in banking and/or credit union, preferably in member-support/lending roles. The ability to communicate product information with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills is required.
