Colwell & Salmon - business inteligence outsourcing is a global ITES service provider. We specialize in providing customer interaction solutions and currently are looking for Call Center executives with experience in following outbound and inbound processes:

 

1. Soft Collections (Inbound & Outbound)



2. Loan Modifications/ Mortgage Campaigns (Inbound & Outbound)


3. Customer Service (Inbound & Outbound)

 

Shift Timings - Morning Shift/ Day Shift/ Evening Shift including Saturdays available.

 


Job requires multi-tasking working with multiple screens.  Prior experience with CRM software is an added advantage. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.  Patience required.


 


·        Calling customers providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.


·        Maintaining customer records by updating account information in the CRM.


·        Working with customers to gather all paperwork necessary to complete loan modifications.


·        Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


 



Skills/Qualifications: 
Customer Service; Financial Market knowledge; Target oriented; Quality Focus; Problem Solving; Good verbal, listening, and phone communication skills, Solid computer skills, Conflict Resolution, Multi-tasking.
