Job Title:  Call Center Manager

Reports to:  CEO

Summary:

This position is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the customer care call center operation while continuously building a culture of customer focus and teamwork. This position is accountable for implementing and reviewing all call center policies, procedures and the overall success of the call center.  This would include managing the staff and supervisors to ensure proper management and deployment of call center personnel; developing and monitoring service standards and call volume while focusing on employee satisfaction.

Required background and qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent required
• 3+ years call center manager experience
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone
• The applicant must be able to select successful candidates for customer care positions and assure appropriate training
• Candidates must adapt quickly, be flexible and react positively to change.
• Experience in sales preferred
• Experience in effective coaching and counseling
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized and work efficiently
• Must be a team player and effective leader
• Computer literate.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• The successful candidate may be required to work varying hours, including weekend and holidays
