Our client is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy call center environment. Candidate must have with experience in a call center environment or customer service experience. This is a possible temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting calls to customers to follow-up on services.
• Answering customer inquiries
• Outbound and inbound calls
Qualifications:
• Must enjoy being on the phone and have the ability to multi-task
• Must have experience working with a high volume of calls (multiple lines)
• Must have the flexibility to work after 6pm and on weekends
