Spherion, in partnership with a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our team in Dublin, Ohio. Our customer’s call center provides service on variable annuity & life insurance products and contracts.
Important requirements for this position:
1) This is a temporary to hire position with our customer.
2) Must have availability to attend a four to six week paid training Monday thru Friday, first shift hours.
3) Must have availability to be scheduled working hours from 8:00am to 8pm Monday thru Friday when training is completed.
4) Must have the availability to work hours between 20 to 40 hours each week.
5) Due to the fiduciary accountabilities within this job, a credit check and criminal background check will be required as part of the selection process.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responds intelligently to customer verbal and/or written inquiries
· Records details about customer inquiries
· Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
· Ability to learn about a variety of NASD securities products and services
· Ability to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations
· Proficiently uses word processing software packages
· Strong knowledge in the following software packages: MS Word, MS Excel and Lotus Notes
Minimum Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s degree HIGHLY preferred, high school diploma required
· 2 years minimum experience required in customer service and/or sales
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good analytical ability
· Good research skills
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to work under deadline pressure
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent analytical ability

Your starting hourly rate will be $11.00-$12.75 per hour.
