Customer Service Representative
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range : $10.00hr – 12.00hr
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities will include:
§ Works in a positive, team-oriented and structured environment
§ Answer incoming calls to answer questions and provide resolution to participant and/or provider issues.
§ Process incoming/outgoing correspondence by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via web, telephone, email, fax and written correspondence.
§ Interact with internal and external customers (ex, participants, human resource departments, insurance carriers, health care providers, sales and marketing representatives) to resolve client issues.
§ Make outbound calls to obtain additional information
Qualifications will include:
§ 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience required
§ Benefit and Enrollment experience preferred
§ Excellent work ethic
§ Call Center experience preferred
§ Good attendance, positive attitude and able to show initiative
§ Health background a plus
- Microsoft Office Suites Experience (Outlook, Word, etc) a plus
