Call Center

JOB SUMMARY: Receives incoming phone calls. Provides necessary information as provided, transfers calls or messages to appropriate personnel according to protocol. Maintains confidentiality and integrity of all data and information. Making callers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships. Actively seeks information to understand callers' circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs. Builds rapport and cooperative relationships. Considers how actions or plans will affect callers; responds quickly to meet callers needs and resolves problems. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right person.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
*Demonstrated customer services orientation.
*Medical terminology preferred.
*Call center experience
*Health Insurance background a plus.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*High school graduation or equivalent.
*One year of customer service experience.
*Six months of high volume telephone experience.
*Must be able to Multi-task
*Must be an intermediate or higher user level of Microsoft Word and Excel.

HOURS:
Mon-Fri - 40 scheduled hours per week
