Call Center Loan Officer
CUSO Mortgage, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wescom Holdings, LLC is seeking a Call Center Loan Officer to work in our Anaheim location.
In our business model, members of our partnering credit unions are directed to our queue of loan officers or an online origination site we provide to the credit union.
Our loan officers are not expected to source leads - just handle the ones we provide . The leads are warm in the sense that the member is loyal to the credit union and wants to get their mortgage with the credit union or its designated provider ( CUSO Mortgage, Inc.). This is a service-oriented position which strives to meet volume goals and to provide superior levels of customer service. We offer all product lines, FNMA, FHA, non agency jumbo, and FHA HECM.
High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is preferred. Required three or more years of retail originations as a Loan Officer and experience in FHA/VA loans preferred. Origination experience in a multi-state environment is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
