Call Center Manager

Our client is a large and growing insurance company in Michigan.  

They have a need for a Sales Call Center Manager.  This person will be responsible for leading the inbound sales call center.  Job one will be to strengthen selling skills of the inbound team.  Additionally the qualified candidate will have an opportunity to use his or her organization development and leadership skills coupled with knowledge of best practices to improve and build on the current operation.  Our client is looking for someone who can significantly expand the production in this critical area. 

Position Requirements:  3-5 years successful sales experience with 3 years managing, coaching and motivating sales teams (Financial Services and Call Center industry considered a plus).  This person needs to be a proven change agent with a track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets, for process improvement, for streamlining operations and for automating processes. He or she needs to have the ability to be an excellent team builder.  Finally this person must possess the able to function well in a fast growing and fast paced environment.
