Job summary
Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service in meeting organization and customer needs. Ability to lead, solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the department wisely in order to achieve maximum results. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling and call center representative duties.
Summary of essential job functions
Ø Manage call center representative staff ensuring that all organization and customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ø Identify, research and resolve customer billing and order issues.
Ø Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved through normal means.
Ø Recognize, document and alert the management of unresolved issues, trends in customer calls or system issues.
Ø Recommend process improvements
Ø Other duties as assigned
Minimum requirements
Ø Bachelors Degree is preferred
Ø Managerial experience
Ø Previous customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in simple terms
Ø Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal guidance.
