We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our Divisional Inbound & Outbound Client Call Center.  The Call Center Manager is responsible for the daily activity of call center policies and procedures and ensuring all goals for service quality, volume and timeliness are met.   Responsibilities also include the recruiting, hiring and training of the call center associates.  Prior industry knowledge is not required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years previous management experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven sales skills.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicates in person.
  • Good decision‑making skills and the ability to function well under stress.
  • Possess administrative and organizational skills sufficient to plan and coordinate Center workload
  • Proficient with MS Office, Access and Outlook.
