Call Center Manager Needed
Well established call center in the Central MS area is looking for a full time call center manager. Person will be responsible for day to day operations including training and developing team members, generating and maintaining performance reports and ensuring corporate goals are attained. Person must be upbeat and willing to take our organization to the next level.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of call center management experience. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft products and contact management software.
Salary: DOE
