A new position is now available for an experienced Call Center Manager in the West Palm Beach area of Fl. We are looking exclusively for individuals that are well versed in large call center operations and are also knowledgeable about the proprietary career school industry. Candidates must have a strong understanding of leads to enrollment, leads to start, as well as training admissions representatives, writing phone scripts and managing employees. The appropriate person for this position will be able to work alongside the representatives and lead by example. Individuals with experience recruiting for an allied medical school will be given preference. A generous compensation package is available for the right individual.
