Advancial Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution providing innovative financial solutions to individuals and select employee groups.  We currently have an opening for a Member Service Representative in our Call Center located in Los Colinas.

Responsibilities:  The person selected for this position will: makes outbound welcome calls to new members; make outbound service calls to offer convenient payment options to new members who have not yet made their first loan payment; and interacts with loan department and operations staff as needed on member issues. Also responsible for completing checklist of required tasks to properly open new accounts in computerized system. This includes opening the new indirect accounts so they can then be booked by the loan department in a timely manner.

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent with one year customer service experience.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Special Requirements:  Strong verbal and written communication skills, phone and email etiquette, and computer knowledge will be required.

It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit current and in good standing, therefore background and credit checks will be required.  Credit must be in good standing with no collection, repossession, or charge off accounts.
