Call Center OUTBOUND Sales Supervisor

To perform this job successfully you must be able to manage a team in a fast pace environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following, other Duties may be Assigned:

• Monitor productivity, coach, motivate up to 20 phone sales representatives.
• Supervise outbound calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
• Communication and follow up to insure sales representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, and company related issues, changes or actions.
• Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and communicating action plans; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

 

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

§          Experience managing phone sales representatives that achieve an average of 500-700 outbound calls a day where compensation is directly affected by production and agents must meet quota objectives.

§          Previous financial product sales experience a plus

 



Knowledge and Skills Necessary:


• Excellent communication skills
Outbound sales experience PREFERRED

• Call Center sales supervisory experience

• Comprehensive computer skills including MS Office
