We are currently looking for seasoned, call center professionals to work within our call center and assist in building our team as we expand into new clients and industries. These individuals will have at least three years of call center collections experience.  Additionally, we are looking for courteous, professional, hands-on customer care specialists that will contribute to ATS’ outstanding reputation for customer care and professionalism.

 

Our prestigious, state-of-the-art customer communications center is located in the Galleria Towers and provides a unique, team-oriented, fun place to work.

 

Initial responsibilities will include:

 

-- Call center operations. This position will manage a portfolio of inbound/outbound calls to drive client collections and customer inquiries. 

 

-- Call center collections.  This position will work with customers to accurately capture payment information and ensure all data is entered accurately.

 

-- Customer Care.  This position will work within ATS’ operational guidelines to ensure that all calls are handled courteously and promptly.

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience.  This fulltime position offers an array of competitive benefits including free parking, health insurance and 401K participation.
