Immediate Contract to Hire Inbound Call Center Professionals Needed!!

24K-28K per year

Today’s Office Professionals is currently seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service Professionals.   We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years call center experience reflected on a resume with stable job history scheduled to start November 25, 2009. Our client is conducting immediate interviews and this position is on a first come first serve basis. Sales, up-selling, suggestive selling is preferred. Credit Card and/or Loan Servicing experience is highly preferred (please make sure that you modify your resume to include this experience if you have it before sending it to us for review). Qualified candidates will also initially be trained in Pre-Application,  Pin Reset, Card Activation and Lost/Stolen.

Candidates must have a stable work history reflected on your resume. These agents will be Customer Service trained, however their primary purpose will be to support our Credit Card operations.  You would be working a 40-hour work week while as a temporary.  However, once hired on direct hire offers are initially usually offered on a part-time basis.  Also, schedules are subject to change based on additional training and call center needs.  .

The available Credit Card positions include the following:

1.      Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday

2.      1st shift could work as late as 7pm and 2nd shift could work as late as 10pm 

3.      Position may working traditional and non-traditional holidays

Training

Training to include both Classroom and Hands-on experience. The Customer Service Class is scheduled to start the end of October 2009. The training hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F for 3-5 days. Please note the above schedule is approximate.  The candidate will need to be available for the entire training period

 Job Duties

  • Answers general questions regarding company products and services

  • Updates and maintains customer account information

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 2-5 years experience in a call center environment reflected on a resume.
  • Experience  in MS Office Word & Excel
  • Must be able to pass a Federal background check and drug test administered free of charge by the client.
  • Candidate must have ability to take inbound calls on a continuous basis.
  • Stable job history is required with Call Center or Call Center Sales experience reflected on a resume.
  • Excellent Attendance and Customer Service Skills
  • Stable job history
