We have multiple positions available in a call center environment in the Green Bay area. These employees will be responsible for making outbound calls, recruiting area business leaders to participate in a fundraising event for a worthy, well-known cause. Employees will enjoy a fun and casual work environment with no overtime and no weekends. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $9.25 / hour.
Job Experience:
Candidates should be articulate with excellent phone and interpersonal skills. This position also requires assertiveness and persistence. Recruiters are expected to make 30 phone calls each hour while staying organized and following through when prospects are not reached on the first call. The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment are important.
Call center or telemarketing experience is helpful.
