Call center agents needed to handle high volume inbound calls


 

Enablx assists companies of all sizes to consistently present a professional customer contact center experience.  Enablx provides 7 day automated service bureau and live agent services from our headquarters located in Randolph, New Jersey. Enablx primarily handles inbound customer help desk contact center support functions via telephone, fax and email touch point portals.

 


We are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join and expand our professional Customer Service Team.   The CSR's will be trained to support specific program requirements to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our client customer base. Our CSR's are the focal point of contact for all of our customer help desk services and are responsible to provide prompt customer issue and problem resolution within assigned customer accounts, primarily by working over the phone with customers while keying comprehensive information into an automated client based system. 


 


Our highly trained CSR’s are also empowered to make independent decisions to assist customers to resolve technical and service related issues.


 


Position Requirements:


 



  • Excellent phone skill
  • Professional Work Ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate typing
  • Effective communication skills – bi lingual skills a plus
  • The ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous customer service or call center experience, a plus
  • Additional PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, a plus
  • A high school diploma
