The Call Center Representative is responsible for placing calls to target companies to gather relevant data and uncover potential sales opportunities. The purpose of these calls is to engage target decision makers in a dialog and determine if there is an interest in future purchasing of Information Technology products.  The hours of the call center representative position are Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm, and the starting pay is $9/hr. with opportunities for increase in as soon as 30 days.

The Ideal Candidate for Call Center Representative:

• Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to converse with decision makers.
• Has advanced computer skills as well as the ability to multi-task by utilizing the phone, PC, internet, and email to capture data accurately and efficiently.
• Is willing to learn about new industries and technologies and gain a working knowledge of necessary terminology.
• Has a genuine interest in marketing, including marketing trends and strategies, business development, and outcome measurements.
• Is highly professional, energetic, dedicated and goal-oriented.
