The Call Center Representatives handle in-bound support calls for the Aloha POS software utilized by our Hospitality customers.

REQUIREMENTS

*  Type minimum of 30 wpm

*  Technical Knowledge of computers

*   Prior Restaurant Experience

*  Must Have:  Understanding of computers; hardware; software;

*   Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS!!!

*  Aloha Point of Sale Software experience a PLUS!!!
