We are seeking experienced, highly successful Spanish-speaking or Vietnamese-speaking outbound call-center representatives for an outbound call center effort at The Gazette spearheaded by Freedom Communication, Inc.
Freedom Communications, Inc., headquar- tered in Irvine, Calif., is a national privately owned information and entertainment company of print publications, broadcast television stations and interactive businesses. In addition to the television group, the company's portfolio includes 33 daily and 77 weekly newspapers. This fast- paced outbound call center will support the advertising divisions at our news- papers across the county.
Selected candidates will promote the value of newspaper advertising, both print and online, and sell advertising, as well as other special projects, for Freedom news- papers through outbound calling to prospective advertisers.
We want to hire only the best outbound call center reps in Colorado Springs who have demonstrated a superior level of sales and customer service performance. Our call center reps will prepare and deliver consistent outbound sales calls at the rate of 30 per hour and type 30 wpm. Candidates will have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Experience with MS Office Suite and ability to work in a window-based and web enabled desktop environment is also needed.
Selected candidates must have experience performing highly successful outbound calling sales techniques utilizing market research information, sales tools, product knowledge, and telephone solicitation protocol. Demon- strated ability to speak and write clearly, simply, and accurately using proper business tone, grammar and punctuation. Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, service, or product.
Our call center environment will be fast-paced and fun. You will work full-time and will be eligible for company benefits. A requirement for this position is a minimum of six months of successful outbound call selling in an outbound call center environment.
