A large Northeast Customer Service Call Center is looking for experienced Call Center Representatives to fill openings on our established Customer Service Team.
Our Customer Service Call Center of 10 - 12 team members is currently handling approximately 1,000 incoming calls a day. Our Call Center is open from 8:30am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our Team utilizes a proprietary internet-based system to handle incoming calls for our 600+ homeowner and condominium association clients. Our goal is to resolve as many calls as possible within the Customer Service Center--without having to be transferred to another staff member or elevated to a supervisor. When calls do require follow-up, we utilize an online work order system to track activity and follow-up.
We do not make any cold or sales calls from our Call Center.
Candidates for this position must be able to process a high volume of calls, be able to multi-task, have strong computer skills, have a professional phone manner, have excellent verbal and written skills, have an upbeat personality and a good sense of humor. Good data entry skills are a plus.
