Call Center Representatives needed in Fort Worth
to handle credit counseling calls.

Call center representatives will be assisting callers that are
filing bankruptcy and explain the process.
Make sure all of the requirements are met and obtain the necessary certificates for the clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yrs call center experience

-  Great job stability (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 yrs)
-  Typing = 35+wpm
- Word & Excel knowledge

Desired, but not required:
-  1-2 yrs collections / banking (loans)/ finance experience

Fri - Mon; 8a - 7p
Mon–Fri; 3p – 12a
