The Position

Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls from health insurance clients. Calls deal with questions regarding coverage and problems related to claim payments and denials.

The representative will interface with insurance company representatives and in-house account managers, be responsible for entering and documenting all customer information and requests in the client database. The position also entails sending letters and emails to vendors and customers.

Qualifications include:

·         Working knowledge of health insurance

·         Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

·         Strong computer knowledge

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong organizational and multi tasking skills

Requirements – college degree and prior call center or customer service experience. Insurance or brokerage experience a plus.

Starting salary is $40 to 45K with full benefits package.

Candidates must pass a background investigation.
