Job Requirements:

High school graduate or associate degree

3-5 years of customer service / call center experience

Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; knowledge of Needles or other case management system preferred

Excellent customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handles inbound and outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, client satisfaction and retention.

Follows basic procedures and scripts.

Requires fundamental knowledge to navigate the Firm’s customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the Firm’s services.

Responsibilities may include answering customer questions, explaining and selling available services, correcting errors, and/or developing leads.

Maintains interactions and transactions records, records details of inquiries as well as actions taken.

Requires knowledge to interface successfully with other department within the Firm.
