Customer Service Reps Needed

Inbound Call Center located in Solon, Ohio
Provide information to callers regarding plan eligibility and benefits.
Paid Training is provided!
Duties:
- Respond to member inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction
- Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as needed
- Follow-up on inquiries that are not immediately resolved
Wage: $12.00 per hour / $13.00 if bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Must be available for any shift between 8:00am and 10:30pm
- Rotating Weekend Schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
- May be required to work holidays (holidays are posted for volunteers, if no volunteers - shifts are assigned)
