Examples of duties:

• Maintain deliverables.
• Work as an extended arm of our clients sales teams.
• Follow up with our clients key management contacts to discuss opportunities that are aligned with their businesses.
• Leave detailed notes of your conversations in the sales database for our clients sales reps.

A summary of desired experience:

• Previous Customer Service/Sales/Lead Generation experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Comfortable navigating in Windows operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Basic technical aptitude.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Personable demeanor and professional appearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
