Answer the Call
Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. is seeking a primary contact for inbound member phone calls in Richmond area.

In this position, you will:
· Resolve/document member inquiries
· Verify eligibility and enter data into systems
· Schedule transportation requests
The ideal candidate should have:
· minimum 1year experience demonstrating excellent phone/customer service skills in call center, preferably in health care environment
· strong data entry skills
· problem resolution skills.
Hourly salary offered is $12/hr plus outstanding benefits to include a generous tuition reimbursement/assistance program. EOE
