Call Center Sales Representative - Bilingual Spanish Required
Description:
Our client who is a leader in their industry is currently looking for a Inbound Sales Representative to help answer 60-80 incoming calls on a daily basis. The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and routing incoming calls to necessary parties within the organization. Candidates should be able to listen and truly hear what the needs of the client are. Candidate should be a problem solver at heart and have the ability to lend a helping hand when necessary. Your dependability and excitement for routinely trying to be the best at your job, would make you a perfect fit for our client.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who are great on the phone and who are very good at multi-tasking. If you're adept at working between multiple computer screens and have good technical skills, then you will thrive in this structured work environment. At least two years of customer service/sales experience is required, and a college degree is highly preferred. The position is part time (25-30 hours with some overtime) for the contact phase of the position, but once the opportunity goes direct, the position will be full time (40 hours).
