Call Center Supervisor – Outbound Sales Team – NetQuote
Rapid growth has NetQuote expanding again. We are currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor – Outbound Sales Team to provide direction, development, motivation, and supervision to an assigned team of outbound B2B sales representatives. The role requires previous call center experience in a sales-driven, supervisory capacity.
NetQuote offers a casual, dynamic environment in LoDo near 16th Street Mall, Union Station and Coors Field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate efforts to motivate the Outbound Sales Team and exceed NetQuote’s daily sales productivity goals
· Proactively monitor, coach and develop the Outbound Sales Team using a hands-on approach
· Review, compile and analyze daily sales and activity metrics
· Manage the organization and distribution of targeted prospect lists via NetQuote technologies
· Provide feedback to sales management regarding performance enhancement opportunities
· Support NetQuote’s company goals and values
Required Skills and Experience:
· Outbound sales experience in a call center environment
· Supervisory or Team-lead experience in a call center environment
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills
· Dynamic, driven and energetic personality
· Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM applications
